We make classic Tudor windows from high strength steel that were inspired by historical Tudor Revival windows. These windows provide both high strength and a slight profile. Our windows can be made to most any size and are ideal on Tudor architecture. These windows can be stationary or operational casements that either open in or out. Casements can be ordered to operate by crank or stay. We can also add leaded or stained glass to these windows to provide wonderful light and beautiful leaded glass into your home. The normal price for non-operational casements is $65/square foot of area. These windows are also recommended for restoration work.

Be sure to check our line of tudor leaded glass that look best on these steel windows.
Also check our Tudor cast stone window surrounds (mullions) that were designed to work with these windows.

About Tudor Revival Steel Windows :
The American Tudor revival period (1920's) was a wonderful building era for most metropolitan areas. These beautiful homes are now historical and valuable if properly maintained. What a treat it is to drive through these tree-lined streets and see the realization of Tudor architecture in mass. These revival homes are also great examples now for new construction projects. These Tudor revival homes typically used steel or bronze window casements with stone mullion surrounds. The combination of dark metal windows (with the requisite leaded light glazing) against the light stone is hard to beat even today. These windows can be used for restoration work as well - solving the difficult weight problem of coupling heavy double insulated glazing with leaded glass panels. These windows also can be installed into full stone mullion systems that are moisture absorbing. If your project is restoring an existing Tudor house or building a new Tudor, metal windows will give the period look you are looking for without compromising glass thickness or casement operation.
